Chilli and Sardine Spaghetti
Ingredients:
Spaghetti
Tinned sardine in sunflower oil
1 red and 1 green chilli
Onion
Garlic
Salt (for seasoning)
Method:
1. Cook spaghetti.
2. Meanwhile, use oil from the sardines. Pour into a frying pan.
3. When the oil is hot add onion, garlic and chilli. Allow to cook for 3 minutes.
4. Slice the sardines and add to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Once spaghetti is cooked add to the sauce and mix.
Seasoned Steak
Ingredients:
Crushed garlic
Salt
Black pepper
Coriander or basil
Method:
1. Rub the garlic, salt and pepper into the steak and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Grill on a medium heat.
3. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
4. Slice and garnish with coriander or basil.
